Installation & licensing data
BMW EXPERT stores your contact details and VIN to manage installation and contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your request. During an authorized connection, the head unit’s own Bluetooth MAC address, Ethernet MAC and serial may be read automatically and linked to that VIN for software licensing and support. Nearby phones or other Bluetooth devices are not scanned. Resellers may access only their own client records; BMW EXPERT staff manage licensing. No identifier is read by this web page.
